Added a switch, LED and resistor using .cad file

Modified make file to use FabISP and burn fuse for oscillator type
Modified c program to read switch and operate LED. The LED turns off/on with the '0' and '1' keys when button is not pressed. LED operates from 'x' and 'o' keys when button is pressed.
